Alaska State Department of Fish and Game-
Your guide, Joe Langit, is licenced with the State of Alaska, and the US Coastguard.
DEPOSITS - A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to confirm your reservation. The remainder balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. By securing your reservation with a 50% deposit, you are also agreeing to all terms and conditions of the cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS - There will be a full refund made on any reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival. Cancellations made 30-23 days prior to arrival will receive an 85% refund. Cancellations made 22-15 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be given on reservations cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.
LIABILITIES - The Kenai Skybox Lodge, its owners, employees, or contractors, etc. specifically disclaim any liability which is not the result of their specific negligence. We assume no liability for acts of ommission or negligence by other persons. We are not responsible for accidents, fire, theft, acts of God or forces of Nature, loss of equipment, or any other acts beyond our control. The Kenai Skybox Lodge is not responsible for any changes in the Fish and Game Regulations due to emergency closures that might affect the outcome of your fishing trip. We cannot guarantee good weather nor can we guarantee the success of your fishing trip.
